Return Policy

  •  Customers are allowed to return items within 30 days of  the customer receiving his product for the first return from any order, but the customer will be charged for shipping fee which may result in a deduction of shipping fees from the refund.
  • Items must be returned in new, unworn,unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition. Items will be inspected for evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or aternation or damage.
  • Items should ideally be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, or gifts included to avoid potential issues. If the original tags are missing, returns might still be accepted, but we advises keeping them attached when possible for a smoother process.
  • The returns must be processed entirely online. Customers need to log in to their account, select the order and items they want to return, print out the return label, and drop off the package at the designated location. Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 weeks after we receive and process the return, with options for the refund to go back to the original payment method.
  • If our inspection finds that the returned items is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue refund or credit. In case of return the item back to the customer after rejection, the customer will be charged for the shipping fees.
